Amlodipine Besylate
Amlodipine Besylate is an oral dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive and antianginal agents.
Carvedilol
Carvedilol is indicated to treat mild to severe heart failure, left ventricular dysfunction after myocardial infarction with ventricular ejection fraction ≤40%, or hypertension.

Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride
In the US, prescription cyproheptadine is indicated for the treatment of various allergic symptomatologies – including dermatographia, rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and urticaria – as well as adjunctive therapy in the management of anaphylaxis following treatment with epinephrine.
Fluoxetine Hydrochloride
Fluoxetine is indicated for both acute and maintenance treatment of major depressive disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and bulimia nervosa; however, it is only indicated for acute treatment of panic disorder independent of whether agoraphobia is present.
Fluvoxamine Maleate
Indicated predominantly for the management of depression and for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Has also been used in the management of bulimia nervosa.
Gabapentin
In the United States, gabapentin is officially indicated for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in adults and for the adjunctive treatment of partial-onset seizures, with or without secondary generalization, in patients 3 years of age and older.

Sumatriptan Succinate
A combination sumatriptan and naproxen tablet is indicated for the treatment of migraines with or without auras in patients 12 years of age and older. Sumatriptan nasal powder, nasal spray, subcutaneous injection, and tablets are indicated to treat migraines with or without auras in adults.6 One of the subcutaneous formulations of sumatriptan is also indicated to treat cluster headaches in adults.
